starting uni in 2 weeks. below are pictures from my US trip. i took my polariod camera but couldnt find film anywhere over there so i got 2 fujifilm 400ISO disposable cameras. was a bit worried about having to take the film through xrays at the airport but i actually like the "corrupted" pics (like the background)
i really liked being in seattle. twinpeaks land..... it was weird notbeing able to walk places. america has crazy infrastructure. Rest In Peace David Lynch.
^i took this pic because there were people riding horses in the field, but you cant really see them. look for a brown spot to the right.
because the delivery is the US is lots quicker than to Australia, I ordered a few figures but i forgot i would need to fit them in my luggage. the 2 i did take home took up half my suitcase. i had to leave one with my friend but she gave me cool military boots so it was a fair exchange. i will proabably make a page with pictures of my (small)figure collection soon.
i got a record turntable for christmas so i also bought a few vinyls over there. i was worried for their safety on the flight home but none of them broke. i got a few mystery ones. my friend who i was staying with didnt have a player so i had to wait until i was home to test them out. there was one that i got for 3 dollars from the "techno" section that ended up being pretty good.

my friend's roommate was looking after 2 cats. one went missing + everyone was stressing. after 3 days we assumed it had escaped and died (it was too cold outside for it to live) then i heard it meowing from inside a hidden crevice in the kitchen, in between the back of the cupboard and the wall. it took a while but we got her out and she was fine.
